All viewers must pass age verification to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older before accessing adult content (the "age gate"). Adult content will not be displayed, purchased, or provided until age verification is complete.

1.2 Verification Methods

We use age verification services provided by third-party age verification providers. Age verification is conducted based on confirmation that the user is "18 or older" through methods such as government-issued identification, digital ID, facial age estimation, or document-based age verification.

1.3 Treatment by Region

We apply age verification according to the viewer's location as follows.

• United Kingdom (UK), EU/EEA, United States (US), and cases where the viewer's country of location cannot be reliably determined: Provider-based age verification is required before adult content is displayed. In these regions, access based solely on self-declaration is not permitted.
• Other regions: Before adult content is displayed, users must complete self-declared age confirmation. Access to adult content is not granted unless the user declares that they are 18 years of age or older.

1.4 Compliance With Regional Regulations

• United Kingdom (UK): Taking into account the Online Safety Act and OFCOM guidance on age verification, we block access to adult content until age verification is complete. We do not rely solely on self-declaration for viewers in the UK.
• EU/EEA: We conduct provider-based age verification before access to adult content. We apply the principle of data minimization and retain only records relating to the age verification result, not images of identity documents or biometric information itself.
• United States (US): We treat the United States as a strict age verification region. Viewers must complete provider-based confirmation that they are 18 years of age or older before accessing adult content. We maintain a recordkeeping framework under 18 U.S.C. §2257 for sexually explicit content.

1.5 Data Handling

We handle information obtained during the age verification process in accordance with the principle of data minimization. We retain the age verification result, meaning records of whether verification succeeded or failed, and do not store identity document images, facial images, or other biometric media itself. 2.1 General Policy

All creators and all persons appearing in content on the Service, including guests, must complete age and identity verification (KYC). Creators may not publish monetized content or receive compensation until they have completed identity and age verification and have been approved by us.

2.2 Verification Methods

We use KYC services managed by third-party identity verification providers. The verification process includes the following.

• Identity verification using government-issued identification
• Liveness/selfie verification
• Verification of document authenticity
• Confirmation that the person is 18 years of age or older

A creator account will not be approved unless the provider's verification result is approved and the relevant creator is confirmed to be 18 years of age or older. Approval by our administrators is required before activation as a creator.

2.3 Performer Verification

Creators must confirm that every person appearing in content they publish is 18 years of age or older and that appropriate consent has been obtained. For content involving multiple persons or third parties, creators must retain records supporting this and submit them upon our request.

2.4 Ongoing Eligibility

We may, as necessary, require creators and performers to resubmit or provide additional information regarding age and identity verification. If age, identity, or rights and consent relating to appearance cannot be confirmed, we may hold, suspend, or delete the relevant content or account.
