Complaint Policy

This Complaint Policy (the "Policy") sets out how Success Co., Ltd. (the "Company," "we," or "us") handles complaints and claims relating to content on the FanPort platform (https://fanport.co/). This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and other FanPort policies. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy will prevail with respect to complaint-related matters.

1. Company Policy

We operate the Service under the following basic policies.

  • We protect the human rights of content performers and viewers.
  • We do not handle content that promotes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incest, bestiality, non-consensual sexual acts, mutilation, human trafficking, prostitution, or abuse.
  • We do not sell content involving persons under the age of 18 (minors) or content without the consent of the performers.

2. Handling Complaints

2.1. If a third party, including a consumer or a child protection or human rights organization, whether an individual or entity and whether domestic or overseas, notifies us that content may violate our policies, we will promptly investigate. If, as a result of the investigation, we or a relevant organization determine that the content violates our policies, we will immediately remove the relevant content.

2.2. If a performer appearing in content claims that they did not consent to appear in the content or did not consent to distribution of the content, we will take measures to prevent viewing and purchase of the relevant content until the status of consent can be confirmed. If consent cannot be confirmed, or if the performer can demonstrate that their consent is invalid under applicable law, we will immediately remove the content.
