Under-18 Protection Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This Under-18 Protection Policy (the "Policy") sets out the policy of Success Co., Ltd. (the "Company," "we," or "us") regarding protection of persons under 18 and prevention of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the FanPort platform (https://fanport.co/) (the "Service").

Child safety is our highest priority, and we apply a zero-tolerance policy toward violations of this Policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

1.1. The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit any person under 18 to use, register for, or appear on the Service.

1.2. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, whether live-action, animated, or suggestive. We also strictly prohibit content that sexualizes minors or depicts or implies unhealthy or misleading intimate relationships that could be interpreted as relationships between adults and minors.

1.3. If content or conduct violating this Policy is confirmed, we will take measures including immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Prevention (Age Verification)

2.1. All viewers must pass confirmation that they are 18 years of age or older, meaning an age gate, before accessing adult content.

2.2. All creators and all persons appearing in content, including guests, must complete age and identity verification (KYC) before publishing content or receiving compensation. For details regarding age verification methods and procedures, please see the separate "Age Verification Policy."

2.3. Creators must confirm that every person appearing in content they publish is 18 years of age or older and retain records supporting this.

3. Detection

3.1. We review all uploaded images and videos before publication. Content is not displayed, purchased, or provided until it has passed review.

3.2. We conduct automated review of images and videos using third-party automated moderation providers. Content suspected of involving minors, content showing indicators of CSAM, or content suspected of falling into other high-risk categories is automatically blocked or held.

3.3. Flagged, uncertain, or high-risk content is manually reviewed by trained moderators. Flagged content is not available until review is complete.

3.4. Even after publication, we conduct ongoing monitoring through automated rechecks, risk-based sampling, complaint-triggered review, and manual audits.

4. Reporting and Removal

4.1. If content suspected of involving a person under 18, or indicators of CSAM, are identified, we will immediately hold or suspend provision of the content and conduct priority review.

4.2. If a violation is confirmed as a result of review, we will delete the content and suspend or permanently terminate the relevant accounts. The violation will be grounds for account suspension or termination upon confirmation of a single instance.

4.3. If we discover child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we will report it, in accordance with applicable law, to specialized organizations such as NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), relevant authorities, and other competent organizations or agencies.

5. Reporting Contact

If you suspect involvement of a person under 18 in content or an account on the Service, or if there is a concern that this Policy may be violated, please report it using the following methods. We prioritize review of reports we receive.

  • The reporting function on the Service for posts, accounts, and content
  • Support: support@fanport.co
  • The contact form on the Service

Each report is recorded as a moderation case and managed together with the subject, reporter, reason, related materials, response status, and audit logs.

6. Responsibilities of Creators and Users

Creators and users must comply with this Policy. Uploading, sharing, purchasing, or viewing content involving any person under 18 is strictly prohibited. If these prohibitions are violated, we will immediately suspend or terminate the account and, where necessary, report to relevant authorities.

Uploading child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is itself a serious crime, regardless of whether the content has been published. If we detect it, including at the pre-publication review stage, we will immediately and permanently terminate the account at the time of detection and report it to specialized organizations such as NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant authorities. We make no exceptions on this point.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws or other circumstances. The revised Policy will take effect when posted on the Service.
